  1. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do worldwide shipping.
  2. Where do you ship from?
    Many of our items are shipped directly from the USA, while others may be shipped internationally, in some cases directly from our suppliers. As such if you order more than 1 item, there is a high chance that it will be shipped separately as different factories specialise in different manufacturing procedures.
  3. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Shipping times vary; we aim to process and ship your order within 3-7 working days, and delivery can be 11-19 working days if shipped from within the USA, or normally between 20-28 working days if shipped internationally. If unsure do feel free to drop us an email under ‘Contact Us’.
  4. My order has not arrived yet, even after 40 days.
    While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we sent our items from. If it does not arrive within 8 weeks upon ordering, we can offer you a full-refund, guaranteed!
  5. Can I get express shipping?
    Express shipping is available, but we do not usually offer it as our carriers charge a lot in most cases, and we want to keep our products affordable for our customers. To find out the rates for express shipment, please contact us directly in ‘Contact Us’.
  6. I have received only a part of my orders, where are the other items?
    Many of our items are shipped directly from the USA, while others may be shipped internationally, in some cases directly from our suppliers.Some items may arrive earlier than others. Parcels may also experience shipping delays due to customs’ security checks based on governing laws of different states. But do not worry, 99% of the time we will provide you with the tracking information for you to monitor the status of your package in real-time!
  7. Will my item get to me before _?
    If you plan to purchase our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month which the holiday is happening as there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
