Below mentions are returns criteria:
- Received damaged product – In case you find a product is damaged, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us within 24 hours with damaged product pictures.
- The item you received was not as described.
- Lost in transit – In the very rare occurrence that your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. An order is considered “lost” if it has not been delivered in 60 days after the order was shipped.
