Once you have personalized your order and proceed to checkout, you will reach the “Payment Information” page. On the right hand side you will see a “Gift card or discount code” box. In the space provided, enter in your gift card code or coupon code. Next, click “Apply”. For any remaining balance, your credit card will NOT be charged until you “Confirm Order” on the next screen.
You can only redeem up to one code per order. Codes cannot be combined.
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 12- 20 days excluding processing time. With some occasions when products are in high demand there will be delays due to our inability to process so many orders or temporary freezes on funds by our payment processors. But rest assured your order is in on its way. If you’re still not sure, just email us and we can offer you order specific advice.
Most of our products are delivered using a tracking code. Some smaller items are not available with tracking #s. Regardless of whether a tracking code is available for your specific order, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. That means no risk. We have you completely covered.
If you just placed your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can with your order number and request the shipping address update. Once your order status has been processed, we have a tiny window in which we can make the change. Please keep in mind that once an order has been placed and is in process, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as to keep the total perceived value of the order low, thus avoiding any extra duty or sales taxes added by your local Customs. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

In the very rare occurrence that your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. An order is considered “lost” if it has not been delivered in 60 days after the order was shipped.

Your refund will be issued back to your card the day we receive your return.
Yes, you must initiate your return no later than 15 days after receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for used items.
